WARWICK GROVE MULTIFAMILY: Warwick, New York
These ten unit, elevator served buildings are scaled to be compatible with the surrounding community of single family homes and townhouses. Within each ten unit building the masses are arranged in a "U" shape creating a mews arrival court at the rear with one garage per unit. The townhouse buildings incorporate two units with ground floor master bedrooms and two middle units with second floor master bedrooms. The character of the community draws on the local Dutch colonial traditions. Master Plan by DPZ.
